Clean, comfortable and cute!
Positive: We absolutely loved this apartment and will definitely be back! The location was excellent for our needs and the apartment was super clean and comfortable. Quick walk to the beach.
Negative: There was absolutely nothing we didn't like! (A word of warning to light sleepers... the train runs very close and the horn is loud! But this is true for all properties in the downtown OOB area and is not at all a complaint about this property! But if you're not used to that, it might be a drawback for you.)

Positive: Very clean. Everything is brand new. Would recommend. Would definitely rent again.
Negative: Nothing really.
May be add a water hose outside to wash off the sands.
